Trakker Armolite Cg 3 Stove

Dan Murrell’s verdict - my winter sessions just got a lot cosier.

Having broken my previous stove some time ago, I have been using my friend’s rather old school meths burner. Although it has done what it needed to do, my kettle is stained black, my hands usually stink and it can take an age to cook a meal.
hen Trakker came into the office bearing goodies, I was nominated try out the Armolife CG-3 stove and thank god I was.
This piece of kit has been an absolute godsend. A large oversized pre-heat tube ensures extremely efficient gas combustion, resulting in you getting better life from a gas canister, while getting things up to heat pretty quickly.
With a fine-adjustment knob I can easily control the desired heat, which is essential when trying to cook on the bank, battling the elements. With a low, wide frame it is a stable platform to cook on and takes my largest stir-fry pan.
With a Piezo electronic ignition it means I no longer have to search around for a lighter. Instead, I get a quick flame at the click of a button – perfect!  Weighing in at 381g the CG-3 stove is lightweight, super-strong and quick to assemble. Supplied in a nylon carry case, all you need to do is buy the gas. (DM)
