This year Daiwa has introduced the very same reel but in black, in keeping with the current trend for the stealthy look. If ninjas made a carp reel, this would be it. It’s extremely simple to use, just attach the ball to your line and cast it out. The device feeds back to the phone so that you get a fishfinder view on the phone. You’ll need to download the app first, but we all know how easy that is.
