Linear Open Day Success

Fishery open day raises £1,400 for Motor Neurone cause.
Despite the rain Linear Fisheries open-day was received brilliantly with masses of people descending onto Brasenose Two to take a look at some fantastic products from the likes of Nash, Richworth, Korda, Trakker, Fox, Avid, Sonubaits and Fortis.

The folks from Avid Carp and Sonubaits set their stall out on the point of Brasenose Two in the hope of catching a few fish for willing members of the public.

Fox also had a cohort of their top consultants on hand to help with any queries about Linear fisheries venues and to point people in the right direction with advice and guidance.

The main marquee played host to the Richworth team, sponsors of Linear Fisheries, and the Linear bailiff team who were on hand to offer advice to all members of the public. A raffle, tombola and the sale of Fishery officer Chris Blunt’s homemade specials were organised to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Early figures suggest that the Linear Fisheries team, raised a massive £1,400 for the MNDA charity.
