With more anglers fishing overnight sessions, and longer, we’re all looking to make our trips as comfortable as possible. One way of doing this is by eating and drinking well and for that you need decent equipment.


There is a plethora of cooking kit available to the modern carp angler, both from tackle companies and specialist outdoor retailers, but few collections are as comprehensive as this new Tukka stuff from Vision. There’s literally everything you need here, and more.

Three stoves feature in the range, namely the Standard, Mini and Compact. They’ll each appeal to different anglers’ needs and all work from standard propane/butane gas, are supplied in their own plastic container or bag and feature piezo-style ignition.

Pans-wise, there are two sets of saucepans, with either two or three pans, and there’s a separate 7in frying pan, all of which boast non-stick finishes and foldaway handles.

The kettle is very carpy and will boil enough water for you and a mate to have a brew. Again the handle folds away for neat storage and there’s a handy mesh bag to keep it safe and avoid excess clanging noise!

A lantern that screws onto a gas bottle, as a compact stove might, and provides plenty of light, complements the Tukka range. Finally, two accessories complete the range, in the form of the three-piece cutlery set and a foldaway windbreak.
