New Agents For Yateley Lake

Tackle shop takes over carp lake management.
Yateley Angling Centre has taken over as agent for the Yateley Pads Lake at the popular Hampshire complex. Bookings for the lake, which contains carp over 40lbs, will be managed via a dedicated page on the shops website.

The announcement comes after five lakes at the complex have been taken over by a new manager, Martin Gardener. He told Angling News Week: “I have taken over North Lake, Car Park, Split Lake, Pads Lake, and a stretch of the River Blackwater. I intend on keeping every lake except pads as a syndicate type water, with yearly and half yearly permits available.
Angler will be able to book sessions on Pads Lake through the shop, so we are catering for anglers who only want to fish short sessions too.

To be honest, giving the agency to Ruth at Yateley Angling Centre is a natural progression of the good working relationship that we have shared for a while. She runs a very tight ship, and with anglers being able to view bookings online, Im sure that the system will work well for both of us.

Any anglers who are interested in joining any of the syndicates should also get in touch. All of the lakes here are full of fish, with some very big specimens to boot. We have plenty of carp over 40lb, and catfish as big as 80lb in the Split Lake!  I want anglers to come, fish here and enjoy catching them now!”
