Win A Fyrefli

Revolutionary new floating bite indicators to be won!
Fishing stillwater margins with a float is normally a daytime method, but a newly launched product from Slater Angling could change that.

Boss Conrad Slater has done some fieldwork on margin fishing at night and believes that his FyreFli floating electronic bite indicator might be the answer.

It uses an LED to signal when a fish has taken the bait and is on the run.

The fully self-contained, watertight unit has an in-built battery that can be recharged via a micro USB connector, which means that the angler can recharge the unit from a wide range of products such as phone and solar chargers or even a PC or laptop.

The FyreFli has a switch so that the user can isolate the power to the LED during recharge and also save on power when it’s not in use.

The battery can be charged up to 1,000 times, according to the manufacturer’s data, which means that the FyreFli has a long life.

And it can be used for fishing baits on the surface or on the bottom of the lake. It simply lies on the surface and, when a run occurs, the movement of the bite indicator in the water causes the LED to light up.

Another benefit is that the LED will continue to be ‘on’ when playing the fish so the angler can predict the fish’s movement prior to netting it safely.

The good news is, we have managed to secure 10 of the new FyreFlis, and we are giving you the chance to win one!
