An overnighter on a packed water is far from the easiest environment to catch carp in, but that’s exaclt what Solar Tackle team members Wesley Lagart and Ignace de Roeck have done, with Solar's new TunaMino test baits performing yet again.

Grabbing the opportunity to nick a night on the bank, the Belgian-based pair dropped onto the Waesmere syndicate water for an overnighter.
On arrival, Wes and Ignace found the lake packed, with only one swim option left for them. Taking minimal gear on the barrow, as the swim was typically as far from the car park as possible, both guys had to catch their breath on arrival in the swim, after a long walk on uneven ground in hot temperatures.

With the lake being busy and only an overnighter on the cards, the pair didn’t ‘go mad’ with the baiting and presented snowman hook baits over a scattering of TunaMino freebies.
The results were a 28lb 6oz mirror for Ignace and an impressive 38lb 5oz two-tone Mirror for Wes.
