Nash Amber Strawberry

The TC boys get to grips with tackle and bait, testing them to the limit out on the bank. Here’s what they think…

Nash Amber Strawberry
RRP: Differs from product and pack sizes
Test period: Three years

Marc says: I first used the original Amber Attract when Nash Bait guru Gary Bayes introduced me to it some three to four years ago. He added Strawberry Oil Palatant to the bag at the time, and this was so popular among his stable of anglers that this strawberry version was launched. It hasn’t looked back since.

If you fish a water that sees plenty of boilies, like I do, then it’s well worth introducing some of this to your baits in autumn and then use it exclusively in the colder months. Don’t ask me why it works, but it most certainly does. I have caught loads (relatively speaking for me) of carp on it in winter and would put it up there with Richworth Tutti Frutti as one of the very best cold-water baits I’ve ever used.

Marc's Verdict
Performance: ★★★★★★★★★
Value: ★★★★★★★★★
Outstanding winter boilies
