Lone Angler promote brand to thousands through Premiership sponsorship
Lone Angler is pleased to announce what they believe to be a first in fishing by way of advertising the brand through a live game of Premiership football.

By using the high impact LED pitch side advertising display system, Lone Angler was highlighted during the Stoke v Tottenham live game on Sunday 12th May which was broadcast to between 750,000 – 1,000,000 Sky Sports viewers. This match was also seen by a further audience, of approximately 4,000,000 viewers, on the BBC’s subsequent Match of the Day highlights that evening.

The match has also been syndicated across the planet to millions more viewers in a host of different countries.

Lone Angler CEO, Mike O’Neill, stated; “Having access to such an incredible advertising tool shows both the retailer and consumer that the brand is something to be taken very seriously. We’re very proud of the brand and the fact that we’re ‘Made in Britain’ and being able to access such a huge potential customer base is obviously a great asset.”

The response to the advertising is already bearing fruit and has been seen and commented on from far and wide, even from anglers in Vietnam! The response on Facebook and Twitter has been nothing short of incredible.
