Popular Leicester store Carp Catchers, in Market Harborough, has announced its closure. The news comes as the lease on the current premises is due to expire. Owners, Angela and John Tai explained: "We have had a very enjoyable six-year spell, which has seen us meet some great people, but all good things must come to an end, and the lapsing of our lease is a natural way out for us. We would like to take the oppurtunity to thank all our customers, and are aiming to finish by giving a little bit back by the way of a big discount sale. From now until the end of May, we are able to offer a 50 per cent discount on products. 

"We specialise in carp fishing tackle, but cater for all branches of the sport, from the occasional pleasure angler, to the dedicated specialist.
