Bankside Cuisine | Toasted Turkey, Stuffing & Brie Baguette
Here's an quick 'n' easy bankside snack, all put together from what you didn't manage to eat on Sunday…
Serves: One

You'll need: RidgeMonkey XL Toastie Pan
Ingredients:
• 1 crusty baguette
• 1 tsp butter
• Turkey slices
• Stuffing
• Brie
• Dollop canberry sauce
• Shredded beetroot
Home prep:
None; as long as you cooked too much on a Sunday!
Method:
1. Slice a crusty baguette in half.
2. Melt some butter in a pan.
3. Add your leftover turkey and stuffing.
4. Once heated through, layer on the bread.
5. Add slices of Brie…
6. … and a good dollop of whole cranberry sauce.
7. Add some zingy shredded beetroot.
8. Pop the top on and put it in the toastie pan.
9. Hold closed and cook over a low heat.
10. The sarnie is done once the Brie has melted.
