Get some bunce for your old tackle - bring it along to The Big One Show.

The countdown to The Big One 2012 show at Farnborough has begun - but this year you might want to take more than spending money along with you.

Taking place on March 10 and 11, the 2012 event will see one of the host of exhibitors offering you cash for your used tackle, and will write you a cheque for your old gear right their on the day – as Duncan Hayward of the firm, Tackle Fanatics explains:

“We’re looking for quality used tackle from anglers who want to get a bit of cash for their old gear,” Duncan told Total Carp. “We’re looking for anything from rods, reels and alarms, to bedchairs, seats and baitboats. All anglers need to do is bring their tackle along to the stand, have a chat with us and we could be writing them a cheque for it right there and then.”
