Dozens of names confirm attendance.
A new South East angling event has been announced, and is set to run on the 10-11th November 2012. The Kent Angling Show is set to take place at the county’s Detling showground, and is being run by Essex based outfit Redwood events.

They boasted: “Many manufacturers are exhibiting exclusively at our show, showcasing all the latest products on massive stands. We also have the country’s leading retailers attending, offering the punter great show deals.

There will also be book releases, holiday companies, bait companies, magazines, angling clubs and bait making equipment. In fact, probably every facet of angling will be covered.

Both carp and coarse angling are well covered but we also have game and sea fishing areas. There will be 15 big name talks, slideshows and demonstrations in our dedicated theatre room.

On top of all this, there are the 10 Free goody bags and gifts available from leading manufacturers, so not only will the punter get free entry, but they will be able to walk away with an arm full of freebies too!

Alongside the free entry and parking, we endeavour to keep food and beverage prices lowas well, and most importantly beer will cost just £2.50 a pint!

Entry times are Saturday 9-4, Sunday 9-3, and as an an added bonus, the first few kids though the door will receive a free tub of bait.”
