Terminal Tackle

I’ve long been a fan of the Arma Points, with their sharp points that seem exceptionally durable, dull coating and comprehensive range. When the latest pattern, the XSC, was added a year or so ago I immediately got my hands on some.


I find the pattern – straight point, slightly swept shank and neutral eye – to be extremely versatile. They can be used with or without shrink tubing, or similar, to create just about any rig you want.

I use several patterns of hooks in my carp fishing, but if I were restricted to using just one then this type would be it.
