Competition's first semi event promises to be a cracker.
This weekends sees the West Midlands’ Barston Lakes play host to the first semi-final of this year’s British Carp Angling Championship.

The water near Solihull will be the home to a total of 28 pairs do battle for the chance to compete in the final taking place at Broadlands in mid September.

Billed by organisers as one of the strongest line-up of anglers the competition has ever seen, the action at Barston over two-days of carping promises to be compelling.

Adding to the event is the latest Nash Roadshow that will also be taking place at the venue, giving visitors the chance to check out the latest Nash gear and meet the firm’s consultants.
