Records fall and canals burst their banks in a hectic week of news.
It has been an eventful week in the angling world, with monster fish being banked, and bad weather reaking havoc on the country's fisheries. This week's Angling News Week also carries the story of a record breaking 258lb catfish, and Damian Clarke's PB 93lb mirror carp. Then there is the angler who died after putting his catch in his mouth, and the story of the match angler who just cant stop winning big river matches.
