A three-lake complex set in the tranquil and scenic heart of the Essex countryside, with two smaller lakes and a 24-acre reservoir for big-water, big fish action. All of the lakes have been carefully stocked with plenty of stunning carp, including 40 different thirties in the Res and some going well over the 40lb mark. Weed beds make for interesting features and the fish are growing quickly.

At 26 acres Broadlands Main Lake is a well-stocked chalkstream-fed water that in one year alone accounted for over 4,000 captures of doubles and more than 500 20lb fish

Originally a flooded gravel pit and now a lovingly restored and stunning 70-year-old three-acre lake, only available as a whole booking for up to six anglers

Extremely mature water that opened in 1981, with plenty of bankside vegetation, making this picturesque location an ideal venue for specimen hunters and pleasure anglers alike. As well as housing monster catfish, the carp run up to high thirties. Depths run to over 12 feet in places and plenty of gravel bars and islands can be great fish-holding areas.

Prairie Lake is a prolific three-acre, 14 swim lake, where there is always a good chance of a few runs, even if the weather's at its worst. It's one of the venue's seven lakes and manic carp action can regularly be found

This fantastic two-acre venue is a well-maintained facility that provides excellent sport even in the colder months. Day tickets can be easily purchased from the on-site shop or on the bank.
