Massive 45lb 10oz fish for Martin Pick. Korda-backed ace Martin Pick broke his longstanding PB yesterday, after he bagged a 45lb 10oz mirror from Wellington Country Park. The big fish, called Willow, upped Martin’s PB by 10oz, beating a mark set by famous Oxfordshire chunk, Petals. Martin has been targeting the 35-acre Berkshire venue since last June and previously banked another of its famous residents, in the shape of The Linear.

Taska and Mainline at Climax Open Day!Tackle giant Taska, and top bait firm Mainline are hosting an open day at Dronfield-based superstore, Climax Tackle. Taking place this Saturday, 6th April, the event will see the company's top sponsored anglers, including Keith Williams, Mark Hogg and Glyn Barnes, giving lectures in store.
