Having seen Ian Chillcott using one of these a few months back I had to get one in for test.


Essentially, it boasts three compartments, one of which is foil lined to keep bait fresh. This side also has a removable pouch for cleaning. I’ve taken this out because I have a separate bait bucket, but the rest of the bag is filled with all the gear that I need for day and overnight trips. Extremely robust, with chunky zips and decent shoulder strap, it’s a brilliant bag, extremely versatile (I am sure there are applications that I haven’t even thought of yet) and I feel like I’ve finally found the ideal short-session luggage item.
