Popular day-ticket water produces huge 1200lb catch over two days' fishing. A massive haul of winter carp totaled over 1200lb from 90 runs has been taken at one of the country’s most popular day-ticket venues. Two anglers made the stunning catch, believed to be the biggest ever recorded during the winter months, from top day-ticket venue Richworth Linear Fisheries over a two day session. Mike Loftus and Andy Bailey were targeting the carp the venue’s Brasenose One water, landing over 70 fish to 31lb 5oz after fishing a back-to-basics approach of small boilies over a bed of pellet and corn.
