Additional Info: In peg 8 billys lake that controls the left hand margin and a small bay, a snaggy tree line to my left held alot of carp, so as usual i scattered moster red and Atlantic heat boilies along the treeline and spread 3 solid bags with Atlantic heat wafter trimmed down, and injected beta stim into my solid bags as there was a pretty bag algae bloom on the lake and the clarity wasn't great, i tied a 5 inch hair rig with 18lb supernatural onto a size 4 longshank beaked point hook barbless with silicone trapping the hair in place, a 3oz drop off inline lead, i cast my left hand rod right under a set of overhanging trees, it landed in onion weed but not much so i was happy to leave it where it was, right as i was sinking my line a carp showed right over it, the other 2 were spread out towards open water on a silty area where id seen a few subtle shows, after having the rods out for 4 hours, the left hand rod had a flurry of beeps on the delkim and the stow indicator was jammed tight against the delkim, a small battle with this carp and in the net it went.
