Tactics: I set a little trap in a corner of a small bay and fish a claw rig with a couple of handfuls of urban baits red spicy fish boilies over the top.

Additional Info: As the lake was full, I decided to fish into a corner of a bay and I tried to keep the disturbance minimal as possible and hope that the fish would push in there with everyone causing a disturbance. Just over 36 hours into the session I had a 24lb 6oz mirror, I waited for sun to rise to get the rod back out on the spot and a few hours later I had a screamer run which resulted in a new PB at 33lb a fish know as ‘Maisie’ and was Also one of my target fish!
