Additional Info: Weekly fishing trip ends in a triple take On my weekly fishing trip, I headed to my syndicate water the Wharf. On my lap around I found a few fish and set up on them . With storm Lilian on its way I knew it was going to be a windy one . Going into the first night I had two fish out a long scaley mirror and a 26lb common to start the trip off . At around 4am when the storm was at its peak , with winds hitting 40mph straight at the bivvy door and the rods going all over the place I decided to bring the rods in until the storm had passed . A few hours later after the storm had passed, I topped the spots back up with more pro stim Liver and got the rods back out . A few hours passed by and it seemed very quiet until my left-hand rod screamed off. After a little battle a high double mirror was in the net . As I was doing pictures of the mirror the right-hand rod ripped off. The fish I was doing pictures went back in the water quickly in the sling . As soon as I picked up the second rod I knew it was a better fish , after a crazy battle with the fish going for the snags I landed a 28lb 8oz mirror . Luckily for a Wharf bailiff was on a lap around and decided to help out . As we were doing the pictures of the two fish My last rod the middle rod was away . A little 11lb stockie was landed . Well that was a crazy five minutes
