Tactics: Turbo german rig over a spread of boilies

Additional Info: Having getting to the lake early it did not take long to spot the carp cruising on top in the early sunrise.So straight away i got my gear out the car and got set up.My tactics for this place work every time and that is my turbo german rig with a semi stiff coated braid hook link and this is because the lake is a silt bed.I also make my hook link around 10inches long and in between the swivel and hook link i add a multi clip with a silicone sleeve over it and for my rig it acts as a hinge over the silt when using a lead clip. So having casting onto the showing fish with the german rig and a 15mm bottom bait i get a good scatter of freebies over the top. I 2x stunning commons and 2 x mirrors and this one being the biggest at 28lb 8oz. I really love fishing this place and catching the amazing carp it holds.
