Additional Info: I was due to be on my final session of the winter ticket on Merrington fishery but due to the storms it had closed for the weekend.  Still wanting to get out and brave the weather I managed to get a last minute cancellation on RH fisheries Monument 2. It has been doing well lately so I was full of optimism that I could get a bite or two.  Fishing peg 6 which I've fished before, I was aware if the spots from when I previously visited and caught from so with minimal disturbance I cast out two madusa rigs and little mesh bag of maggots.  To my surprise I had a taken within an hour and from the off I knew it was a decent fish, with its heavy plodding. As she came up in front of the net I instantly knew it was the sort after fish in the lake - Jigsaw.  My legs went and I shouted over to Karl on the next swim. He came over and we were both in complete shock at the size of her.  Lifting her onto the scales and a new PB at 43.14, words cannot describe the feeling. It's what dreams are made of.
