Additional Info: After a blank on the first 48 hour session and unfortunately losing 2 to the margain snags, I was eager to get a fish on the bank this session and the first one from the lake. The first 24 hours passed and again losing one to the snaggy margain I was still hopeful for a bite. At around 6pm I seen 2 carp in the space of 30 mins crash out at about 18 wraps infront of my peg, I wound in my right hand rod and quickly changed my bait and put a rod right on its head! I then clipped my spod up to the same distance and put around 1kg of bait over the top The night passed very quietly and out of the blue at 9am my rod ripped off and resulted in this awesome common!
