Additional Info: Upon arriving at the handle lake I was pleased to find the swim I had previously baited was free so I quickly dropped my bucket and went for a wonder to see if I could see any fish anywhere else. After a while it was obvious that they just wasn’t up for showing me where they was, I went back to my swim where id dropped my bucket and set my traps for the night. With a massive drop in pressure due and a wind direction change over night I was sure i was in with a good chance of a fish and at around 5am my right hand rod indicated one bleep, I’m fishing completely locked up due to fishing tight to snags so this one bleep was enough and I was soon playing this gorgeous mirror, after a pretty straight forward fight she was soon slipping over the cord of the net, I dug the handle in the ground and let her rest for half an hour whilst I had a cup of tea and prepared everything for photos.
